First Official Trailer Arrives For ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 3

AMC has released the first official for the highly anticipated third season of The Walking Dead! The series kicks off its 16-episode season on October 14th where it will be split into two parts. The first eight episodes will play out from the October 14th debut before the show goes on hiatus and returns in February 2013 with the final eight.

“In the highly anticipated new season, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow survivors continue to seek refuge in a desolate and post-apocalyptic world and soon discover that there are greater forces to fear than just the walking dead. The struggle to survive has never been so perilous.”
