It looks as though Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s upcoming “Batman: Zero Year” will be crossing over into additional Bat-family books after it kicks off this month. According to an article published earlier today in The New York Post, “Batman: Zero Year” will cross over into four yet-to-be-revealed Bat-titles this September that will explore what several other characters were doing while Bruce Wayne attempts to survive his first year as Batman.
Arriving on comic book store shelves this July, the latest cover from “Batman” artist Greg Capullo and colorist FCO was unveiled at WonderCon this past weekend, giving us our first look at the veteran Batman duo’s cover of issue #22.
DC Comics has announced that writer Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo will soon be launching an 11-issue story called “The Zero Year.” Kicking off in “Batman” #21, the upcoming storyline will focus on how Batman first began in the New 52 Universe, filling in the gaps as to how billionaire Bruce Wayne took his first steps towards becoming the Dark Knight in Gotham City.
Well if that just isn’t the coolest damn thing we’ve ever seen…
DC Comics has announced that Andy Kubert will be stepping in for regular “Batman” artist Greg Capullo to illustrate issue #18 of Scott Snyder’s hit series. Joined by inker Sandra Hope, who will be stepping in for Jonathan Glapion, Kubert will oversee the return of Harper Row. The mysterious female character was first introduced in “Batman” #7 and later went on to assist Batman in defeating Tiger Shark in a one-shot story included in issue #12.
